Problem
Sage had built a strong momentum around AI with genuine enthusiasm across the organisation and a robust external AI strategy focus on customer-facing products. They now wanted to position the People Team to lead the organisational transformation to a fully AI-ready organisation.
Discover
Through leadership interviews, working sessions and review of existing data, we conducted a light-touch AI Readiness Assessment evaluating Sage across six critical enablers. It surfaced real strengths: an experimentation mindset, a strong ethical foundation, and appetite for AI use. But none of this was translating into coordinated action. The organisation lacked a clear path from AI ambition to everyday behaviour, creating a risk of fragmented adoption and unrealised value.
Reimagine
We define the behavioural shifts needed to unlock value, clarifying leadership’s role and the “from-to” changes required: inconsistent leadership to aligned behaviours, and from enthusiastic experimentation to purposeful, impact-led AI use. We then built a tangible operating plan that channelled strong grassroots momentum into structured action, defining “The Sage Way” for Ai that connected high-level ambition to daily practice.
Transform
We activated the plan through a strategy workshop with the People Leadership Team in Atlanta. They are committed to:
