Dr. Anna Gurun is an Advisor and Speaker on the future of work, partnering with Senior Leaders globally to navigate change. She directs Future of Work by HSM which, over 15 years, has convened more than 100 multinationals to explore how individuals, organisations, and institutions can craft BetterWork, where performance and human passion fuel eachother.
An expert in culture change, Anna’s academic research on how networks and connections catalyse transformation underpins her practical approach: translating bold ideas into actionable steps leaders can take now. She directs and shapes insights on developing BetterWork, with a particular interest in the interplay between people and systems, and how everyday practices, leadership behaviours, and institutional design come together to unlock sustainable impact.
Her thinking has featured in the BBC, ITV, and the Guardian amongst others.
