Dr Sarosh Khan

He has worked with numerous CHROs, CPOs, and broader C-suite to help them reinforce where they are now, visualise what the future looks like, and co-create how they move forward with their people.

He is experienced across financial services, FMCGs and professional services sectors globally. He is passionate about working with leaders to identify how they move forward with success. He presents on key people-related topics including driving cultural change, cultivating a future-fit experience and delivering sustainable high-performance.

He holds a PhD and LLB in Law from the University of Southampton. Outside of the office, he enjoys travelling, sports, and spending time with his family.
